DEEP SIX CYCLES PARTS MADE IN THE USA

No warranty is stated or implied due to unusual or unknown stresses placed on our motorcycle parts and motorcycles as we have no control over how our parts are installed and/or used.

No refunds, returns, credit, or exchange on CUSTOM parts, sale items, exchanges, discontinued or discounted items.

All returns, cancelled orders (or changed orders resulting in partial refund) are subject to inspection for determination of a refund, credit or exchange. Approved returns, within 14 days of purchase, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for shipments sent to “old” or wrong addresses if you provided us with said address. Please make sure the address you provide at the time of check out is up to date and accurate.

Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees. No freight returns will be accepted. Returned items must be in like-new condition in original packaging and Deep Six Cycles must authorize and/or approve all returns in advance.

All domestic shipments will be sent via USPS, FEDEX or UPS. Please email for expedited shipping options.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMERS:

International orders are usually shipped through USPS. Due to issues calculating various international shipping prices and fuel surcharges, all non-U.S. orders will be billed separately. You will be emailed an invoice to the email used at check out on the website. If you would like an international shipping quote. Please email us with item details and complete shipping address information and we will gladly get you a quote and determine best payment method.

MRP Policy (D6C Dealers)

Deep Six Cycles Unilateral Minimum Resale Price (MRP) Policy

In an effort to protect the long-term interest of not only Deep Six Cycles, but also all of our dealers, distributors and customers, we have unilaterally adopted a Minimum Retail Price Policy for selected products. This policy is to ensure the preservation of Deep Six Cycles’ quality of products, the product value, and to properly establish the brand and reputation of these products in the appropriate market segment. In order to remain in good standing, Deep Six Cycles Resellers must advertise and sell all products at, or above, the MRP.

Although resellers remain free to establish their own prices, Deep Six Cycles will, without assuming any liability, cancel all orders and refuse to accept any new orders for a product for which a MRP is specified in the current Deep Six Cycles MRP Product List from any dealer or distributor for a period of six (6) months, immediately following Deep Six Cycles verification, to its satisfaction, that such dealer or their distributor, or any retailer or reseller that has purchased a MRP Product from such dealer or distributor that has advertised, offered, or sold such MRP Product at a net retail sales price less than the MRP established and announced by Deep Six Cycles. At the election of Deep Six Cycles, a second occurrence will result in the indefinite discontinuation of any further sales of such MRP Product to the dealer or distributor.

Any discounting of the MRP for a MRP Product, including, without limitation, advertising, offering or providing coupons, gift cards, rebates, free accessories, bundling with additional products, or payment of sales tax for the customer - will be regarded as a violation of this MRP Policy if the net retail price for the MRP Product is less than MRP after deducting the value of the coupon, rebate, gift card, accessory, bundled product or covered sales tax.

The following will also be considered violations of this policy: (a) advertising any net price for a MRP Product less than the MRP in connection with any advertisement of a trade-in offer for any other product; or (b) displaying in, or in association with, any advertisement for a MRP Product any specific trade-in price or value for any trade-in of any other product.

Deep Six Cycles will not discuss any conditions of acceptance related to this policy, as it is non-negotiable and will not be altered for any dealer or distributor. In addition, Deep Six Cycles neither solicits, nor will it accept, any assurance of compliance with this policy. Nothing in the policy shall constitute an agreement between Deep Six Cycles and any dealer or distributor on any subject including that the dealer or distributor will comply with this policy, or will sell any product at or above any particular price. Deep Six Cycles will not discuss the MRP Policy with any dealer or distributor. Accordingly, all Deep Six Cycles personnel and sales representatives have been specifically instructed not to discuss the policy beyond the content of this statement with anyone outside of Deep Six Cycles. Please do not attempt to discuss the policy with Deep Six Cycles personnel or sales representatives or communicate complaints or advice to Deep Six Cycles personnel or sales representatives. Deep Six Cycles will unilaterally determine whether MRP Products are being advertised, offered or sold at prices other than in compliance with the Deep Six Cycles Minimum Retail Price Policy.

Deep Six Cycles reserves the right to change or discontinue any program and this policy may be modified or amended at any time by Deep Six Cycles. If any changes are to occur, Deep Six Cycles will distribute a (30) day written notice of any changes to its resellers.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS POLICY AND CONTINUE TO SELL DEEP SIX CYCLES PRODUCTS, YOU CONSENT TO AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THIS POLICY.
